The AC4 is a simple comprehensive unit designed to provide organizations with the ability to control that only certified operators are allowed access to the lift trucks and ensure that prior to shift use a safety check is done. Operating as a stand-alone unit the AC4 does not require costly and often misplaced, iButtons, magnetic cards and key fobs to identify and operate. The system automatically prompts new users prior to shift usage to acknowledge a pass of fail safety check then records it in the system.The unit is self-programmable by authorized system managers and is able to create usage reports by simply downloading the data by USB.

The ability to control vehicle usage or identify an operator during a recorded process or event is often required with on-board SkidWeigh systems. With IVDT’s RFID access control designed to accommodate all 26 bit open format proximity card systems access control and identification can be integrated with the majority or our on-board SkidWeigh systems. The RFID operator access HID card reader is integrated into digital indicator housing of SkidWeigh systems having proprietary software development that allows self programming, deleting and management of authorized vehicle operators. The RFID proximity card reader system used with SkidWeigh products does not require any additional programming hardware or connections to external PC set up utilities.

System has capacity for up to 250 valid operator access cards. Voltage input from 12-55VDC standard, up to 160VDC part number OL603, upon request. and will operate on the lift truck electrical system from 12 to 80 VDC.

Utilizing proximity cards gives users the heightened security that is provided with IT managed card issue with the time efficiency of an integrated card reader and self management platform.
